2025 Thanksgiving Schedule

Due to ongoing ingredient supply issues, we decided (for the first time ever) to not do Thanksgiving pre-orders this year. That means that everything will be first come first serve at the bakeries. We will be making pies and biscuits (along with whatever else we can crank out based on the ingredients we have available), we just won’t have the option to pre-order them this year.

I have been flying by the seat of my pants lately trying to figure out what to bake each week due to several of my staple ingredients being difficult to obtain in bulk. This is the most stressed out I’ve been since I started my business. We cater to way more food allergies now which limits the brands I’m able to use even more.We sell hundreds of pies every November and I would hate for people to order them and then the week of Thanksgiving arrives and I don’t have enough ingredients to fulfill all of their orders. That thought has brought me so much anxiety for weeks…So this is unfortunately how we have to do things this year.

We will be open special hours that week (see picture), so you will have plenty of opportunity to stop by and pick up goods. What we have available each day may vary, and I will try (notice the big keyword TRY) to keep people updated on social media.

Want to just repeat here that everything will be FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Meaning that we will not be making holds over the phone either (for a number of reasons that I won’t get into).
